Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with active sourcing.
• Graduate degree or equivalent with 7 years of experience; in lieu of a degree, 13 years of related experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting and strong sourcing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs on recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, and offers.
• Provide efficient, high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers through all stages of recruiting.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS with compliance to TA processes.
• Demonstrate ethical standards, integrity and respect; maintain composure under pressure and deadlines; operate with urgency.
