Job summary

Hi-Altitude Brands is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to own recruiting and run key HR operations. You’ll hire across teams, ensure smooth experience from offer to first day, and partner with the HR Director and IT.

You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with managers, source via multiple channels, and optimize the Workable ATS while supporting employer branding. This is a fully remote role with Pacific Time preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 4+ years in talent acquisition or HR with full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, HRIS admin.
• Knowledge of employment laws related to hiring and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own all recruiting, from role kickoff to offer acceptance.
• Define role requirements with hiring managers and create interview plans.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Maintain talent pipelines and manage external partners.
• Oversee HR operations: onboarding, IT equipment, and system access.
• Prepare HR reports and manage HRIS data.
• Support culture, engagement, and policy updates.
