Job summary

Hi-Altitude/Stonehenge Health is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to own recruiting and key HR operations. You’ll hire across teams, guide from offer to first day, and partner with the HR Director and managers.

This fully remote role prefers Pacific Time alignment and is ideal for someone who thrives on fast pace and measurable impact. You’ll manage full lifecycle recruiting, vendor relationships, and HRIS updates while supporting onboarding, offboarding, and HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 4+ years in talent acquisition or HR with full-cycle recruiting.
• Hands-on HR operations experience (onboarding/offboarding/HRIS).
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment with multiple roles.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workable and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with HRIS such as Rippling is a plus.
• Working knowledge of employment laws related to hiring and onboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and time management; proficient in Google Workspace and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Own all recruiting across the company from kickoff to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct high-volume initial screens and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners.
• Serve as SME for the Workable ATS and train hiring teams.
• Manage careers page and external job boards; communicate total rewards clearly.
• Support offer negotiation and a first-class candidate experience.
• Maintain recruiting dashboards and report on pipeline health and metrics.
• Support employer branding and reviews responses.
