Hi-Altitude/Stonehenge Health is a California-based health and wellness brand with a fully remote team. We seek a Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to own recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and HR processes while partnering with leadership and managers.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build a strong candidate pipeline, and optimize our Workable ATS and HRIS. This is a remote role with Pacific Time alignment and opportunities in a fast-growing wellness company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in talent acquisition or HR with full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels.
• Experience with Workable; sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter; Rippling HRIS a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience in health and wellness industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own all recruiting across the company, managing full lifecycle from kickoff to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct high-volume screens to assess qualifications and culture fit.
• Build a strong talent pipeline and manage external recruiting partners.
• Advise on Workable ATS usage and train hiring teams.
• Oversee HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, and reporting.
