Job summary

Hi-Altitude/Stonehenge Health is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to own recruiting and HR processes across the company. You will partner with the HR Director, design interview plans, and guide candidates from offer to first day, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience across all teams.

This role supports full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, with full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS administration.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment with multiple openings.
• Familiarity with Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter; Rippling is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws related to hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication and high attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and calendar management.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across the company, from role kickoff to offer acceptance.
• Define role requirements, interview plans, and hiring decisions with managers.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct high-volume initial screens assessing qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for Workable ATS; train hiring teams.
• Manage careers page and external job boards.
• Communicate total rewards, benefits, and culture to candidates.
• Support offer negotiations and deliver a first-class candidate experience.
• Maintain recruiting dashboards and report on pipeline health and metrics.
• Support employer branding, respond to Glassdoor/Indeed reviews.
• Preboarding: prepare offer letters and add new hires to HRIS and coordinate IT access.
• Onboarding: run new hire orientation and probation check-ins.
• Offboarding: coordinate resignations, system access removal, and final pay.
• Maintain employee data in Rippling; HR policy and payroll questions.
• Prepare HR reports for leadership; support culture, engagement, and policy updates.
