Job summary

Stonehenge Health seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to own recruiting and key HR operations. You will hire across teams, manage onboarding through first day, and partner with the HR Director and leaders. A strong candidate thrives in fast-paced recruiting and HR process optimization.

You will oversee Workable ATS, Rippling HRIS, and collaborate with IT for smooth access and assets. This fully remote role offers Pacific Time alignment, competitive salary, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 4+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR with full-cycle recruiting.
• Hands-on HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, HRIS admin.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments with multiple openings.
• Familiarity with Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with Rippling HRIS is a plus.
• Knowledge of hiring, onboarding, and offboarding laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own all recruiting across the company from kickoff to offer.
• Define role requirements, interview plans, and hiring decisions with managers.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, referrals.
• Conduct high-volume initial screens for qualifications and culture fit.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners.
• Serve as SME for Workable ATS; train managers and interview teams.
• Maintain careers page and external job boards.
• Communicate total rewards and culture clearly to candidates.
• Support offer negotiation and candidate experience.
• Maintain HR dashboards and hiring metrics.
