Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to drive operational excellence across supply chain, distribution, and logistics in a fully remote role aligned with Brady's Americas region. You will partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and customers to identify opportunities, build business cases, and quantify ROI for measurable value.

You will lead discovery sessions, develop value propositions, and present recommendations, while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, or WMS environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in process analysis, process improvement, and operational performance.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and investment recommendations.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with the ability to quantify business value and communicate recommendations effectively.
• 3+ years of experience managing customer, supplier, vendor, or partner relationships.
• Working knowledge of software solutions, including SaaS applications.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to engage and influence both operational and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship alongside sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.
• Assess supply chain, distribution, warehouse, and logistics operations to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, operational reviews, workshops, and strategy discussions.
• Develop and present value propositions, business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses.
• Recommend process, software, and hardware solutions to improve productivity and costs.
• Support solution sales with operational expertise and consultative engagement.
• Drive solution adoption and measure results against business outcomes.
• Provide customer, market, and competitive insights to support product strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent Brady at meetings, trade shows, and events.
• Travel up to 50%.
