Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Consultant with strong operational expertise in supply chain, distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, or WMS environments. This customer-facing role blends operational consulting, financial analysis, and solution sales to improve performance and reduce costs.

You will support both pre-sale and post-sales engagements, building business cases, quantifying ROI, and communicating recommendations to operational and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, or WMS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and investment recommendations.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with the ability to quantify business value and communicate recommendations effectively.
• 3+ years of experience managing customer, supplier, vendor, or partner relationships.
• Working knowledge of software solutions, including SaaS applications.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to engage and influence both operational and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across sales, technical, product, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship alongside sales, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
• Assess supply chain and logistics operations to identify gaps, cost savings, and performance improvements.
• Lead discovery sessions, operational reviews, and strategy discussions.
• Develop and present value propositions, business cases, and ROI analyses.
• Recommend process, software, and hardware solutions to boost productivity and costs.
• Support solution sales through operational expertise.
• Drive adoption and measure outcomes against business goals.
• Provide market and competitive insights to support product strategy.
