Brady Corporation is seeking a Solutions Architect/Pre-Sales Engineer in Charlotte, NC. This role supports the North American Sales Team with technical pre-sales expertise, guides customers through Brady’s IPS offerings, and coordinates integration activities.

Travel up to 75% is required, with the position fully remote. The ideal candidate will have a technology or business degree, 3+ years in sales support and project management, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business discipline.
• 3+ years in customer sales support activities and designing solutions to address client needs.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer requirements.
• Strong understanding of Mobility Space and Android OS.

Responsibilities

• Engage in customer-facing activities.
• Present technical sales briefings to customers.
• Provide feedback to product development needs.
• Support the North American Sales Team from a technical perspective.
