Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Implementation Engineer to deploy Vocera solutions for K-12 and commercial customers. You will plan, configure, integrate, test, and deploy communications technology across Windows Server, Linux, and virtual environments.

You'll work with Active Directory/LDAP, VoIP/SIP, and third-party apps, coordinating with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure successful go-lives. Travel up to 40% may be required, with remote work options and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
2+ years in customer-facing technical services or implementation.
Experience with IT infrastructure and networking.
Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
Experience with Active Directory/LDAP and APIs.
Experience with VoIP/telephony and UC technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, configuration, deployment, testing and validation of Vocera solutions.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot across Windows Server, Linux, physical and virtualized environments.
Configure devices and environments including users, groups, sites, and location-based configurations.
Integrate Vocera with AD/LDAP, telephony, VoIP, wireless, and third-party apps.
Partner with customer IT teams to translate requirements into configurations.
Guide customers through the implementation lifecycle with hands-on support.
Collaborate with PM, technical teams, support, vendors to manage dependencies.
