Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to lead planning, design, installation, and validation of healthcare communication solutions in diverse customer environments. This remote role focuses on Windows Server and Linux deployments, EHR integrations, nurse call, and patient monitoring interfaces.

You will collaborate with clinical leads and cross-functional teams, develop test plans, and execute end-to-end testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 2 years of customer-facing technical services or support.
HL7 integrations or healthcare IT interoperability (preferred).
VMware vCenter experience in large production environments.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios or Zabbix; configuration tools like Ansible.
Strong TCP/IP networking fundamentals and familiarity with load balancers.
Experience integrating nurse call and patient monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, install, configure, test, and validate healthcare solutions in customer environments.
Integrate solutions with EHRs, nurse call, patient monitoring, and telephony systems.
Perform technical discovery and translate requirements into configurations.
Install and troubleshoot solutions on Windows Server and Linux.
Execute structured implementation methodologies—discovery, config, integration, testing, deployment.
