Job summary

Stryker seeks an Implementation Engineer to design, install, and validate Vocera solutions in customer environments. You will plan architecture, configure software, test end-to-end workflows and collaborate with clinical leads to meet technical and clinical requirements.

Remote role with travel up to 40% in the US, requiring a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and 2+ years in technical services. You will engage with cross-functional teams and ensure data security and performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing technical services or support role.
Experience with HL7 integrations or healthcare IT interoperability preferred.
Familiarity with large production virtualization environments.

Responsibilities

Integrate Vocera with external systems: phone, nurse call, monitoring, EHR, and messaging middleware.
Transfer knowledge to customer staff and train system administrators and help desk.
Create test plans, troubleshoot environments, and optimize Vocera performance.
Collaborate with clinical leads to gather workflow requirements and architect a database.
Coordinate work with internal cross-functional teams and communicate status clearly.
Observe security measures and protect confidentiality of medical records.
