Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a senior bid/delivery leader to develop tailored, costed delivery concepts for government and commercial clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, translate customer requirements into workable solutions, and ensure proposals meet strategic objectives and affordability targets.

You will partner with stakeholders and potential suppliers, champion AI/technology integration, manage risks, and oversee smooth handover to transition teams for implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable service design experience capturing existing customer journeys and leading the re-imagination of future journeys.
• Experience identifying how technology can improve customer experience and increase value for money, and documenting functional technology requirements.
• Proven ability to work with key bid team and wider solution workstream stakeholders.
• Experience with public sector bidding within Employability, Health, Justice or Contact Centre environments.

• Lead matrix solution team to deliver end-to-end, affordable solutions.
