Responsibilities

• Translate customer objectives into a coherent platform strategy.
• Define platform roadmaps and sequencing workflow adoption.
• Lead governance discussions to maintain platform health and upgradeability.
• Interpret health reports and advise on remediation plans.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and run architectural reviews.
• Demonstrate platform capabilities and guide customers across ServiceNow modules.
• Advise on applying AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform to business outcomes.
