Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a senior ServiceNow specialist to lead complex deployments across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM and FSM. You will translate customer requirements into functional designs and guide implementation teams through end-to-end delivery.

The role requires ITIL certification, ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist credentials, Agile/Scrum proficiency and strong stakeholder management in a remote, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL V3 foundation.
• Strong experience delivering ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM implementations.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects in ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM.
• Review requirements for accurate estimation.
• Review and proactively analyze and resolve application issues.
• Mentor and share technical knowledge with the team.
• Maintain ITIL process knowledge and correlate with customer requirements.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in planning.
• Handle customer meetings and provide weekly/monthly reports to customer and management.
• Ensure successful deployments, migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
