Job summary

CGP Data Center and Cloud Solutions in the United States is seeking a Project Manager, Construction III to lead large-scale data center projects from initial design through commissioning. You will manage budgets, schedules, vendor contracts, and coordinate with design teams, operators, and clients.

The role requires a BS in Construction Management, 5–7 years of leadership in construction, and experience with CSA/MEP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or similar field.
• 5–7 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Datacenter experience preferred; CSA/MEP construction mgmt required.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• RFP, budgeting, and pre-bid oversight.
• Manage design phases, documents, and correspondence.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate bidding, buyout, and subcontracts.
• Engage customers for sales and requirements fulfillment.
• Monitor monthly contractor billing and progress.
• Ensure facility standards and code compliance.
• Oversee safety on the jobsite and commissioning.
• Handover project documents to the customer.
