Job summary

CGP Data Center and Cloud Solutions seeks a Project Manager, Construction I to lead data center projects from initiation through closeout. You will drive construction activities, coordinate with design-build teams, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and engineering standards.

The role requires CSA/MEP construction management experience, OSHA knowledge, and proficiency with PROCORE and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in managing construction projects required.
• Datacenter experience is preferred.
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP construction management is a requirement.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Proficient in PROCORE.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple facets of data center projects and oversee construction.
• Manage design phases and documents.
• Prepare and update project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with design-build contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA considerations.
• Oversee vendor contracts and change orders.
• Produce monthly financial reporting and progress reviews.
