Job summary

CPG is seeking a Senior Project Manager for construction in the United States. This role is remote, with responsibility for leading data center projects across all construction facets, including design, procurement, scheduling, and client engagement.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction project management, with CSA/MEP experience and a construction management degree. OSHA 30-hour preferred, and flexibility for night/weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• Construction/Engineering/Architectural degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience managing construction projects.
• Datacenter experience is preferred.
• CSA and MEP construction management knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all design phases and documents.
• Develop, manage, and update the detailed project schedule with milestones.
• Prepare, manage, and publish monthly project financial reporting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and supervise design-build contractors.
• Manage day-to-day office and field operations and safety standards.
• Review plans for constructability and constructability issues.
• Oversee procurement items and change order processes.
• Oversee RFI and submittal review processes.
• Close out and hand off project documents to the customer.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent
