Responsibilities

Data Center Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data center construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction through commissioning—while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of data center construction projects, from design coordination through close-out
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
• Lead coordination between owners, general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, compliance requirements, and quality assurance protocols
• Oversee subcontractor performance, contract administration, and change management processes
• Track project progress, forecast costs, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
• Facilitate value engineering, constructability reviews, and risk management
• Drive commissioning activities, ensuring critical MEP systems meet data center performance requirements
• Lead project meetings, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Build and mentor high-performing project teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects (data center experience strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, critical infrastructure, and commissioning processes
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel as required by project location(s)
