Job summary

CGP Data Center and Cloud Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager – Commissioning to lead data center commissioning across multiple projects. This remote role requires strong leadership in budgets, schedules, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include RFPs, budgeting, design coordination, vendor management, and safety compliance. Applicants should have 10+ years in CX or related fields and data center construction experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• PMP is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in managing construction and/or CX projects.
• Datacenter experience is preferred.
• Experience in MEP construction management is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update project schedules with milestones and procurement items.
• Lead design-build contractor coordination and meetings; publish minutes and reports.
• Manage day-to-day office and field operations; supervise project team.
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, and submittals; ensure on-time progress.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with codes and customer requirements.
