Job summary

CGP Data Center and Cloud Solutions is seeking a Project Manager I, Commissioning to oversee data center construction projects with remote work and up to 40% travel. You will lead design-build coordination, manage schedules and budgets, engage with clients and vendors, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements across multiple sites.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive collaboration with design teams, and the ability to drive projects from inception

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in managing construction projects.
• Datacenter experience is preferred.
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a plus.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to travel 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple facets of data center projects.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate design-build contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage monthly project reporting and billing reviews.
• Ensure safety and compliance with codes and standards.
• Oversee close-out and hand-off of project documents.
