Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of data center construction management experience, a BS in Construction Management (or equivalent), and PMI/PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience
• 8–10 years of construction project management experience
• Datacenter experience preferred
• US citizenship required
• Willingness to travel 40% within the USA
• PMI/PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center projects from start to finish
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate design-build contractors and internal stakeholders
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with codes and customer requirements
• Oversee change order and RFI processes
