Job summary

You will analyze exposures, manage reinsurers, and guide integration of new programs, mentoring staff and ensuring regulatory compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Risk Management.
• Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary underwriting lead for assigned programs with delegated authority.
• Develop underwriting plans, rates and guidelines to drive profitable growth.
• Collaborate with claims, actuary, compliance and other partners to achieve goals.
