Responsibilities

• Underwrite risk for acceptability, pricing, coverage, terms and conditions.
• Develop and implement underwriting guidelines, rates, forms and procedures.
• Collaborate with claims, actuary, compliance and other partners to meet company goals.
• Lead training and guidance for underwriting staff and program managers.
• Travel to program manager offices as needed for marketing and relationship building.
