Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Program Engagement Lead for a fully remote position based in the United States. The role focuses on strengthening employee engagement and team member experience across a large portfolio of government-focused projects.

You will design and scale engagement strategies connecting workforce experience with program goals, performance metrics, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 7–10 years in employee engagement, PMO, HR strategy, or program management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in multi-contract environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a portfolio-wide engagement strategy aligned with program goals.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and dashboards for leadership briefings.
• Lead analysts, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement in engagement.
