Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs for senior commercial leaders.
• Deliver blended learning experiences, including workshops, virtual sessions, and field-based activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish competencies, manage vendors, and report on program impact.
