Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Leader to own the membership growth strategy across the full member lifecycle in a remote role. You will drive acquisition, onboarding, engagement, renewal, and win-back programs while translating insights into measurable growth actions.

You will partner with marketing, education, events, and field teams to optimize value delivery, manage the membership budget, forecast revenue, and oversee technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of progressive membership growth experience.
• At least 2 years of people management and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with AMS, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
