Job summary

WesBanco seeks an AVP & Operations Product Owner to own the full roadmap, backlog, and day-to-day direction for defined product areas. You will refine requirements with stakeholders and drive value delivery while operating with limited supervision.

This role represents the voice of the customer and collaborates across business, IT, and vendors. No direct supervisory responsibilities; provides leadership in backlog prioritization, release readiness, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in product ownership, business analysis, technology, or operations.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery methodologies preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full roadmap, backlog and day-to-day direction for the product area.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to refine needs and ensure value delivery.
• Leads backlog refinement, delivery planning, and stakeholder alignment.
• Serves as liaison between business area and IT vendors and partners.
