Job summary

WesBanco is seeking an AVP & Operations Product Owner who will manage the full roadmap, backlog and day-to-day direction for a key product area. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to refine needs and ensure value delivery across technology and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, business, or analytics‑related field.
• Bachelor’s or higher preferred; 5+ years in product ownership, business analysis, technology, or operations.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or other iterative delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Owns the roadmap and backlog for the product area and prioritizes work with stakeholders.
• Gathers requirements from stakeholders and documents functional specifications.
• Coordinates with IT, vendors and business teams to align delivery.
• Monitors delivery against timelines and acceptance criteria.
• Leads backlog refinement and supports release readiness.
• Ensures compliance with risk controls and regulatory requirements.
