Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) based in North Carolina to join our growing remote team. The role handles meaningful cases with a dedicated paralegal and administrative support, offering a flexible, fully remote setup.

We require at least 8 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience and an active NC Bar license. Dual licensure in NC/TX is preferred.

Qualifications

8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
Active North Carolina Bar license is required; dual licensure in North Carolina and Texas is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead litigation end-to-end: manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlements.
Advocate in court: represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision.
Client strategy & guidance: advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases.
Draft & argue: prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Trial preparation: work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy.
Case evaluation: analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
Client communication: maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience.
