Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) based in North Carolina to join our growing remote team. Handle meaningful cases, support a strong team, and make an impact from a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active North Carolina Bar license required; dual NC/TX licensure preferred.
• Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results.
• Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a full caseload in a remote environment and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Litigation End-to-End: manage cases from intake through trial and discovery.
• Advocate in Court: represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Client Strategy & Guidance: advise clients and develop winning case strategies.
• Draft & Argue: prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Trial Preparation: coordinate with paralegals and staff on exhibits and witnesses.
• Case Evaluation: assess liability, damages, and risk to guide direction.
• Client Communication: maintain high-touch communication and service.
