Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group seeks a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) licensed to practice in California and residing in California to join our growing remote team. This role handles meaningful plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through trial with support from an experienced legal team.

The successful candidate has 10+ years of plaintiff-side PI trial experience, a California Bar license, and ideally dual CA/TX licensure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active California Bar license required.
• Preferred: Dual licensure in California and Texas.
• Trial background with strong courtroom skills.
• Ability to manage large caseload remotely.
• Collaborative, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation end-to-end from intake through trial, including strategy and negotiations.
• Advocate in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies.
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Coordinate trial preparation with paralegals and staff.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
• Maintain high-touch communication with clients.
