Job summary
Bush & Bush Law Group seeks a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) licensed to practice in California and residing in California to join our growing remote team. This role handles meaningful plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through trial with support from an experienced legal team.
The successful candidate has 10+ years of plaintiff-side PI trial experience, a California Bar license, and ideally dual CA/TX licensure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
- Active California Bar license required.
- Preferred: Dual licensure in California and Texas.
- Trial background with strong courtroom skills.
- Ability to manage large caseload remotely.
- Collaborative, client-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead litigation end-to-end from intake through trial, including strategy and negotiations.
- Advocate in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies.
- Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Coordinate trial preparation with paralegals and staff.
- Evaluate liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
- Maintain high-touch communication with clients.
