Bush & Bush Law Group seeks a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) licensed in California to join our growing remote team. Handle end-to-end PI cases from intake to trial while collaborating with a supportive support staff.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of plaintiff-side PI experience, strong advocacy, and a proven courtroom track record. This fully remote role is based in California with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Active California Bar license
• Dual licensure in California and Texas (preferred)
• Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results
• Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage a full caseload in a remote environment
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Lead Litigation End-to-End: manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Advocate in Court: represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision
• Client Strategy & Guidance: advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases
• Draft & Argue: prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Trial Preparation: work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy
• Case Evaluation: analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction
• Client Communication: maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience
