Intuit is seeking a Senior Payroll Tax Processor to resolve payroll tax notices, amend returns, and correct payroll errors with independence and mentorship of peers.

Ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience with state and federal notices, form 941‑X amendments, and cross‑functional collaboration across Corrections, Amendments, and Pay & File teams. The role offers overtime eligibility and flexible hours.

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of hands‑on payroll tax experience across multiple states.
• Knowledge of IRS/state notices and amended returns.
• Experience resolving notices and corrections independently.
• Familiarity with federal/state tax payment and filing regulations.
• CPP preferred for 4+ years of experience; FPC required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute full‑cycle payroll tax case work for assigned accounts, including notices and corrections.
• Independently research and resolve complex state and federal notices.
• Prepare agency responses with documentation and meet deadlines.
• Prepare amended payroll tax returns (Form 941‑X and state equivalents).
• Support payroll correction workflows and document audit trails.
• Manage personal WIP queue with SLA-aware prioritization and thorough case documentation.
• Contribute to SOP/KB updates and cross‑functional collaboration.
