Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll tax experience resolving notices, corrections, amendments and pay & file workflows.
• Experience reading and resolving IRS/state notices and determining resolution paths.
• Experience preparing amended Federal (941-X, W-2c) and State payroll tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle payroll tax case work for assigned accounts, audit outputs, and manage filings and payments.
• Independently resolve complex state and federal notices, owning cases from intake to closure.
• Prepare agency responses with documentation and meet deadlines.
