Job summary

Engage PEO is seeking an Implementation Specialist for the Western Region Remote position. You will be the first point of contact for new clients after contract signing, handling initial payrolls and maintaining client relationships until transition to Payroll Operations.

The role requires high-volume payroll experience, attention to detail, and strong client onboarding skills, with MSP Office and Excel expertise to manage data imports and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years payroll implementation in PrismHR or 5 years total payroll implementation experience.
• Experience with PrismHR ClientSpace.
• PEO implementation and payroll experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office and intermediate Excel skills.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence; communicate with managers, payroll team, clients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule hand-off meetings between sales and team members.
• Schedule implementation meetings with clients and team members.
• Coordinate services with Engage teams and vendors.
• Configure client company accounts in the HRIS system.
