Job summary

Proof is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the Western territory operations and own the operating model. You will guide 3–5 Operations Managers, set standardized processes, and ensure SLA delivery across clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations experience, including management of managers.
• Proven track record owning function-level KPIs at scale.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional influence.
• Experience in legal services, service of process, or regulated operations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct 3–5 Operations Managers and develop their leadership capabilities.
• Own the operating model: structure, metrics, decisions, and scale.
• Ensure SLA, quality, productivity, cost, and retention targets.
• Design service model, escalation paths, and cross-functional workflows.
• Collaborate with CS, Sales, Product, Marketplace, and Legal.
