Responsibilities

• Help run daily operations for a U.S.-based small business, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all areas.
• Manage capacity planning as well as utilization to support the achievement of business targets, volumes and operational budgets.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow and performance.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company goals and initiatives.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Measure, asses and report on the performance of teams against targets and industry norms.
• Support the development and execution of company strategies to drive growth and success.
