Qualifications

• 1 year minimum coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Code outpatient, surgical, and inpatient encounters with accurate DRG assignment.
• Review complex documentation, resolve discrepancies, and manage multiple work queues.
• Mentor coding staff and collaborate with CDI and providers to ensure alignment of documentation and coding.
