Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Senior for Complex Loan Administration in the Midland area. In this role, you will service a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, analyze complex loan terms, ensure compliance with loan documents and regulations, and maintain accurate servicing records.

The position offers remote work eligibility in select locations and requires strong attention to detail and risk management.

Qualifications

• University / college degree required with < 1 year of professional experience.
• Experience with complex loan servicing and CRE knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of servicing agreements, loan documents, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Apply specialty knowledge to daily servicing of CRE loans with elevated borrower relationships.
• Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities.
• Review reports to identify exceptions, ensure quality, and mitigate risk.
• Support onboarding of new loans and transition of paid-off or transferred loans.
