Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; less than 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.

Responsabilidades

• Review loan documentation to determine if reserve requests meet loan agreement criteria for disbursement.
• Communicate with borrowers to obtain required documents for reserve processing and answer questions.
• Assist in preparing periodic reporting (investor, internal, regulatory) and monitor covenant compliance.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records and support onboarding of new loans or transitions of paid-off loans.
