PNC is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst in the Midland area to oversee servicing of a diverse CRE loan portfolio, including CMBS and agency loans, with emphasis on accurate processing and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes complex transaction execution, covenant testing, and maintaining servicing records, with potential for remote work in select locations. Strong analytical and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Applies specialty product knowledge to the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity to include increased communication and automony.
• Supports the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan document, accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Resolves non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with both internal and external parties. May review and process loan payments, escrows and reserve account disbursements.
• Reviews reports to identify exceptions, ensure quality and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.
