Qualifications

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or completion of a formal development program.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certs and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serves a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with borrower relations and complexity.
• Reviews loan documents and processes transactions in line with loan agreements and servicing policies.
• Supports onboarding of new loans and transition of paid-off or transferred loans.
• Maintains accurate loan servicing records and assists in covenant testing and reporting.
