Responsibilities

• Servicing activities for a complex CRE loan portfolio in compliance with loan documents, policies, and regulations.
• Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply terms in loan servicing activities.
• Review and process loan payments, escrows and reserve disbursements as applicable.
• Prepare periodic reporting (investor, internal, regulatory) and perform covenant testing as needed.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records in the servicing system and support onboarding of new or transferred loans.
• Support tax and insurance administration and potential collection activities on delinquent accounts.
• May have funds disbursement authority and identify/report exceptions to mitigate risk.
• Provide subject matter guidance and training across the team.
