Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to day-to-day servicing of CRE loan portfolio with elevated borrower relationships.
• Supports day-to-day servicing and ensures compliance with loan documents and policies; analyzes complex loan agreements.
• Resolves non-compliant issues, reviews payments, escrows, and reserve disbursements; assists in reporting and covenant testing.
• Maintains accurate servicing records and supports onboarding of new loans and transitions.
