PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Senior within Midland’s SFR Servicing Team. You will serve as the primary loan administrator for a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans, handling complex transactions and timely reporting.

This role requires keen attention to detail, client service, and the ability to research loan documents to determine the best action.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in loan servicing with CRE/CMBS preferred.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Apply specialty product knowledge to servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity to include increased communication and autonomy.
• Support the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan documents, accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Review reports to identify exceptions, ensure quality and contribute to risk mitigation efforts. May serve as a subject matter resource and provide specialty product training.
• May assist in onboarding of new loans and transition of paid-off or transferred loans; may support tax and insurance administration; may perform collection activities on delinquent accounts.
