Qualifications

• Roles typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Experience with loan servicing and complex commercial real estate loans.
• Ability to research loan documents to determine the best course of action.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to servicing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity to include increased communication and automony.
• Supports the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan document, accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Resolves non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with both internal and external parties; may review payments, escrows and reserve disbursements.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date loan servicing records in the servicing system and supports onboarding of new loans.
