Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Litigation Specialist for a remote, nationwide role. You will own complex litigated auto and homeowners claims, shape strategy with defense counsel, and drive negotiations and settlements. Responsibilities include discovery planning, expert coordination, and presenting cases to management.

Travel and flexible schedules may be required. The role emphasizes strong insurance knowledge, regulatory understanding, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance or risk management or related field; high school diploma required.
• Proven experience handling insurance claims.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own complex litigated claims involving first- and third-party auto and homeowners matters.
• Shape claim strategy by directing defense counsel and evaluating settlements.
• Create discovery plans including depositions, IMEs, and expert retention.
• Assess liability, damages, coverage and risk for independent settlements.
• Coordinate with defense counsel and represent the organization in mediations and settlement conferences.
