Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, insurance or risk management.
• High School diploma required.
• Proven experience handling insurance claims.
• Prior Senior Casualty experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex litigated claims involving auto and homeowners matters.
• Shape claim strategy by directing defense counsel and evaluating settlements.
• Establish settlement authority and participate in negotiations.
• Monitor defense costs and indemnity exposure to achieve fair, timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, review budgets, and present recommendations to management.
