Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Client Partner, Life Sciences for a remote US-based role. You will drive revenue growth by managing key accounts and developing strategic relationships across life sciences, biopharma, medical devices, and CROs.

This is a consultative, data-driven sales leadership position with cross-functional collaboration to close complex deals. You will own bookings, work with internal teams, and expand opportunities with existing customers while addressing pricing, market challenges,

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise sales within life sciences.
Proven track record selling complex SaaS or Real World Data solutions.
Willingness to travel 50%+ and operate across multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive transformational outcomes.
Take ultimate responsibility for bookings and revenue generation for assigned accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the sales process from lead generation to contract execution.
Identify new business opportunities using knowledge of client structures and market dynamics.
Gather feedback on pricing, market challenges, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Work with the organization to meet personal and team goals.
